Today me and Mason tried building a tree house at first but it didn’t seem to work out as we planned. But it didn’t matter because we all had our laughs and decided to see what else we can build, like a swing by using fabric and a place where like a branch so you can wrap over it, and hang it.

It has been a great start of the year as new students have entered Team Tui for 2025.

Our focus for this week is KO WAI AU, Sharing information about ourselves.

Japan, has the highest rate of earthquakes because of the number of plates underneath the country’s surface.

After a while when the earthquake has struck two craters will become uneven and force the water back and form a tsunami.

After the Maori games tournament we headed back to school and once we got there we got guided to Zurielle’s food presentation in the hall. There were 3 foods that we could choose from the menu. The food was very yum in my opinion.

For Maori language week we made fried bread, and harvested harakeke for Thursday presentation. After we got the harakeke we made it into a flower or like a rose. It was really fun I really enjoyed it.

On Tuesday we went to watch the Duffy Show performance. Names are Duffy, Scruffy and Crystal.

in my opinion it was very fun to watch.

Today we learnt about posting Quality Blog Comments on other peoples blog our Cybersmart lesson for today.

Some of Teamtui students includeing me, made Panipopo today. we were so exited to make them. and enjoyed eating them inside the hall.

During reading time, me and my group read the ancient navigators about explorers using compasses, birds, auto-pilot, GPS, helmsman and horizon the skies.
